Seasonal Rates For Frenchy’s Oasis Motel

Rates do not include taxes (13%) and are subject to change without notice. A minimum two night stay is required. Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $20 charge per night per additional person. Fridays, Saturdays and holidays are $20 extra per night. There is no charge for children under 16 sharing a room with two adults.

Group Booking Policy

Due to the intimate size of our property and out of respect for our other guests, we only allow group bookings when the entire property will be reserved by the group (all 15 rooms) exclusively.

The Group Block must be made at least 90 days prior to arrival date, based on availability. A two-night minimum stay is required.

A credit card deposit equal to one night stay at the agreed upon rate for each room will be due to secure the Group Block.

If the entire block is to be paid by one master account, the deposit will be applied to the final bill upon check out. The deposit for any rooms not occupied will be forfeited.

If the rooms will be paid for by the individual guests occupying them, the master credit card deposit will be refunded upon check out of all guests. The deposit for any rooms not occupied will be forfeited.

Please have guests call our office directly at 727-446-6835 or email to reserve their rooms in the block or provide us with a written rooming list no less than 7 days before check in. After that deadline, the full amount for each unused room per night in the group block will be charged to the master account credit card.(Example: If only 13 rooms end up occupied for the 3 night group stay, you are still responsible for the cost of the 2 remaining rooms @ 3 nights each)

An entire Group Block cancellation must be made and confirmed by us 30 days before check in or your deposit will be forfeited. There will be a required property cleaning fee of $300 charged to the master account at check out. Additionally, damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 120% of the replacement value or necessary cleaning at the management’s discretion.
